The firm has mediators certified by the Florida Supreme Court to serve as mediator for all Circuit Court civil mediations, County Court civil mediations and Family Law mediations. The firm also has Arbitrators qualified in accordance with the standards set by the Florida Supreme Court for arbitrations, including court annexed arbitrations. The Arbitrators also are specifically trained for Underinsured/Uninsured Motorist Coverage Arbitrations.

The firm has a conference room which can accommodate up to 8 participants. Additional rooms are available for each individual caucus. The firm has word processing services, facsimile, on-line legal research, and internet access capability available to participants in mediations or arbitrations.

Our mediation and arbitration rates are $200 per hour with very detailed billing available. Preparation and administration time is billed on the same basis. Deposits may be required for mediations involving any pro se participants.

The firm has off-street parking and is close to the Courthouse.

Unlike many other services, there are no minimum number of hours for which the parties must pay for local mediations or arbitrations.

Unlike many other services, the hourly rate stays the same no matter how many parties are splitting the fees.

We make a special effort to accommodate short timetables.

The mediator may be expected to be available for a mediation session on any morning or afternoon for which there is no entry of "busy" on the firm's on-line calendar, which includes a link to request that a session be scheduled. The parties may compare the calendar with their availability to select the time to request.

Telephone participation in mediation is available upon agreement of the parties or with court permission.
